This feature complements the invoicing tools merchants already use such as QuickBooks. Merchants can continue creating their invoices in their preferred system, then generate a secure ACH payment link through our platform and insert it directly into those invoices. This way, our merchant keep the workflow they know while being able to accept compliant digital payments.
Generate Invoice Links
1. Go to the Invoice Links tab.
2. Click "Create New Invoice Link" in the upper right hand corner.
3. Enter a "Memo" and "Invoice Amount" in the form, then click "Create Invoice Link" or "Cancel".
4.
You can either send the invoice link directly through the application via text or email, or use the “Copy Link” option to paste and send as an email from your invoicing tool.
Buyer Experience
1. The Buyer will receive by either email or text, a link to make their invoice payment.
2. Upon clicking the link, the Buyer will be asked to enter their phone number so they can log in with an existing account or to create a profile and connect their bank account.
3. Ensure the order details are correct and "Continue" to make payment.
