How do I make a payment using the QR code?

What should I do if my payment fails?

  1. Double-Check Your Information:
    1. Ensure that the bank account details (account number, routing number) you entered are correct.
  2. Check Your Available Balance:
    1. Make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment.
  3. Review Spending Limits:
    1. If your payment is being declined due to a spending limit, verify that you're within the daily limit for your account.
  4. Retry the Payment:
    1. After verifying your information and account status, try submitting the payment again. Often, simply retrying after a few mins can resolve the issue.
  5. Contact Support:
    1. If the payment fails after you've checked the above details, please contact our support team. They can help troubleshoot issues related to your account.

Why was my payment declined?

  1. Spending Limit:
    1. Daily Maximum: The daily spending limit is $500.
    2. If your available balance is greater than $1,000, your spending limit is $500/day minus any pending purchases.
    3. If your available balance is less than $1,000, your spending limit is half of the available balance minus pending purchases.
  1. Insufficient Funds: 
    1. The account you are paying from may not have enough funds to cover the payment.
  1. Account Closed or Frozen: 
    1. The bank account associated with the payment may be closed or frozen, preventing the transaction from being processed.
  1. Bank Restrictions: 
    1. Some banks may impose restrictions on ACH payments, such as blocking certain types of transactions or merchants.
  1. Payment Limits: 
    1. Your bank or payment provider may have set limits on the amount or frequency of ACH transactions.
  1. Temporary Technical Issues: 
    1. Occasionally, technical issues with your bank or payment provider may cause the transaction to be declined.

How long does it take for a payment to be processed?

An ACH payment typically takes 2 business days to process.

Can I cancel or modify a payment after it’s been made?
