- Login to the Paybotic Financial Payment Center, GoPaybotic.com/Merchant.
- Click and open the “Report” tab on the left-hand side of the Payment Center home page.
- Select “From” and “To” dates to create the date range for the transaction data you would like to view.
- The default range is 1 month of sales/transaction data.
4. Once the search parameters are set, you can view the following sales/transaction data:
- Transaction Date and Time
- Sales Amount
- Transaction Status
- Posted
- Pending
- Declined
- Denied
- Failed
- Waiting for Approval

Merchants
can manually resolve or view additional transaction details by selecting the
ellipsis menu on the specific transaction.
- Login to the Paybotic Financial Payment Center, GoPaybotic.com/Merchant.
- Follow the “Create a Report” steps above.
- Click “Download” on the right hand side of the page when you have created the report you would like to download.
- The report will automatically download into a CSV file on your computer.
- You will need to rename and save the report.
