Reports


Only Account Admin and Store Viewers have the Report feature available within their Payment Centers.

Transactions Report

The transaction report will hold key detailed information about each transaction ever made, including transaction IDs, customer name, amounts, dates, payment methods, and status. It provides a comprehensive history of all activities, allowing you to track and manage your transactions with ease.
  1. Login to the Paybotic Financial Payment Center, GoPaybotic.com/Merchant.
  2. Click and open the “Report” tab on the left-hand side of the Payment Center home page. 
  3. Select “From” and “To” dates to create the date range for the transaction data you would like to view.
  1. The default range is 1 month of sales/transaction data.

      4. Once the search parameters are set, you can view the following sales/transaction data:
  1. Transaction Date and Time 
  2. Sales Amount
  3. Transaction Status 
    1. Posted
    2. Pending
    3. Declined
    4. Denied
    5. Failed 
    6. Waiting for Approval
      d. Settlement Amount 
      e. Settlement Time 
      f. Bank Account 
      g. Transaction ID 
      h. Fee


Returns Report 

The Returns Report is also available in the Reports Tab, where merchants can retry transactions for qualifying return codes, R01 and R09, and monitor other returns. All ACH transactions returned after two-day processing with return codes R01 (NSF) or R09 can be retried up to two times within 60 days. Each retry attempt must wait for the previous one to clear before being processed. Retry attempts will be nested under the original transaction.


Merchants can manually resolve or view additional transaction details by selecting the ellipsis menu on the specific transaction.



Export a Report

  1. Login to the Paybotic Financial Payment Center, GoPaybotic.com/Merchant
  2. Follow the “Create a Report” steps above. 
  3. Click “Download” on the right hand side of the page when you have created the report you would like to download. 
  1. The report will automatically download into a CSV file on your computer. 
  2. You will need to rename and save the report.
